 2009 Toogoolawah 150:

Short course offroad racing returned to the Brisbane Valley on the weekend with the "Three Pubs Toogoolawah 150". Organised by SEQORRA, the event was based out of the Toogoolawah Showgrounds. Racing commenced on Saturday morning with a prologue to help decide the groupings for the eight car heats, which would see the cars starting two at a time. Setting the stage for the some great drag races off the start line when the lights turned green as the drivers pushed hard to get the dust free run at the front of the chasing pack.

Extreme 4WD driver Robert Chapman prologued in a super time of 4:54 putting him first in class. Production 4WD Clayton Chapman 5.03 also now first in class. Leila Chapman prologued 3rd in extreme 4WD class.

Heat one saw Robert leading class still, with leila still comfortable in third. The production Triton driven by Clayton wasn't able to finish because of an oil filter housing breakage. Heat two saw an early finish for Robert and his Pajero with a broken valve head putting them out early. This moved Leila into second place.

Clayton was able to race on Sunday due to the efforts of the pit crew, after setting two out of three fastest lap times for the day Clayton finished up third in class. Leila finished first in class and seventh outright.
